3am Members Calendar Night ~
The 3am Church members will be meeting together to plan the calendar for the next year(s)

Invite your friends and family to our special program which is being organised for the 24th of December.
Christmas Appeal for disadvantaged families in Sydney
If we are able to read this on our PC at home, or on our phone or even on paper, we have more than what majority of the world has. If we are already planning a holiday, planning a list of Christmas presents to buy, have even planned a Christmas lunch to enjoy with our family we have much more than the most people. So please before we put more money aside for ourselves, our family and our friends, let us stop and put aside a generous amount of money, which will be collected on the 10th and 17th of Dec for someone we don’t know, but someone who is one of God’s beautiful creations, who may not even have enough supplies for a day, let alone a Christmas celebration. This money will be used by ADRA Blacktown to prepare hampers (containing either food, household or other baby, children and parent needs of a family as they see). You can place the money into the red gift bag during collection time or give to Kushlani.
Household Items for Needy Family
If anyone has any household items in good condition that we can be given to a needy family of three that would be most helpful.
Items particularly required are:
- Double or Queen-sized bed and mattress
- Single bed frame/base
- Double Wardrobe and dressing table
- Singe Wardrobe and dressing table
- Fridge
- Washing machine
- Iron and Ironing Board
- Table and Chairs

3am Camp
Welcome to our annual 3am Summer Camp in the spectacular Snowy Mountains.
We’ll be staying in comfortable rooms, warming ourselves at night beside the theatre-style fireplace, playing games in the games room and climbing Australia’s highest mountain—Mount Kosciousko!
Date: 26th to 30th December 2011
Cost: $170 which includes transport and all accommodation and food (vegetarian).
Bring an additional $30 if you want to take the chairlift to climb Mount Kosciousko
Registrations and payments close December 12th 2011.
No cancellations after 12th December and a late fee of $15 for registrations made after 12th December 2011.

Handel’s Messiah Concert – December
This year is the 71st annual Handel’s Messiah concert in Sydney Town Hall.
This Oratorio (An opera without costumes or sets), tells the story of the Birth, Life, Death and Resurrection of Jesus – And all the words of the songs are taken straight from the Bible.
It is music in classical music style, with orchestra, professional soloists, the Town Hall organ, and the combined church choir of 450 people.

Baptism of Sabrina and Jin – This Sabbath at Waitara Church, 3:00
We will be heading to Waitara church after lunch this Sabbath to witness the baptism of Sabrina and Jin.
The program will be going from 3-4:30

After the main service – we will be having a bushwalk in Hornsby or Berowra, then dinner at the Gibiec’s place ~
3am Pillars of our Faith Concert - After the bushwalk this week ~
On the 3rd of December, after our Church service, bushwalk and light dinner, we will go to the Pillars of our Faith Concert in Wahroonga, if you are available, it will be an amazing experience~
Leaving Church at 1:45pm to go to Crosslands Reserve End of Somerville Road, Hornsby Heights
Crosslands to Berowra Creek Lookout
1.5km – easy walk
We will then go to Ben’s place at 5:15pm to have a light fruit snack before going to the Pillars of Our Faith Concert.

There are 5 Adult and 5 Student tickets for each performance.
After these 20 tickets are sold, I’ll leave the registration open, and get more tickets – so there can be more than one group of seats. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the night, if spaces are available.

Sabbath Afternoon walk – La Perouse and picnic dinner, October 29th
Date: Saturday October 29th
Where: La Perouse
What to bring: Good walking shoes and remember to bring your own packed picnic dinner
Special Lunch at 3am, 1st Sabbath of Every month ~
We will be having special themed lunches for the 1st Sabbath of each month, organised by a different group of people, so we can have a break from making lunches, and we can all share something special to eat together ~ (If you would like to bring something, you can bring a drink, or some fruit ~ )
So on Saturday 5th of November, we will be having Haystacks ~ if you don’t know what that is – you’re in for a treat ~ ~ ~
Welcome to our annual 3am Summer Camp in the spectacular Snowy Mountains.
We’ll be staying in comfortable rooms, warming ourselves at night beside the theatre-style fireplace, playing games in the games room and climbing Australia’s highest mountain—Mount Kosciousko!
Date: 26th to 30th December 2011
Cost: $170 which includes transport and all accommodation and food (vegetarian).
Bring an additional $30 if you want to take the chairlift to climb Mount Kosciousko
Registrations and payments close December 12th 2011.
No cancellations after 12th December and a late fee of $15 for registrations made after 12th December 2011.

Sunday English Classes back on !
The English Classes will be on again starting this Sunday 9th of October
Macquarie University Gym (back training room beyond the front counter), on Sunday afternoon, with a small fee of $5 per class.
The class will be on at the usual time of 2:00 – 3:00pm
