I am looking for 1 or 2 share mate to live in the master bedroom in my unit in Hornsby. It's for 2 ppl(guys or girls) to share the master bedroom with ensuite Bathroom (toilet & shower), built-in closet. 2 desks, ceiling fan, heater, 2 single beds,Blankets & 2bedside drawers & 2 lamps. There are 3 bedrooms all together, & there will be 5 ppl altogether living in the whole unit including the 2 ppl in the master bedroom.

The unit is in a super quiet location, 10 mins walk from the big Westfield shopping centre & Hornsby station. There are 5 Chinese grocery shops & 2 Korean shops near by. Direct train to UMAC.

The rent will be $125/week(negociable) & will not go up, at least until next March. And you can move in from the August 11(Wed), or earlier date can be arranged. Things that are included in the rent are:

All the utility fees – electricity, water.

Internet - 180 Gb/month ADSL.

Rice & a small rice cooker provided for the 2 ppl in the master bedroom.

Other cooking utencils & cutleries.

Hi! I know this is not really a sales. But it's an advertisement. So, I am advertising a master bedroom in Hornsby.

I am moving to a newish unit, about 10 mins walk from the Hornsby station & less than 10 mins walk to the Westfield shopping centre. The second room will be used by me & Catherine. The 3rd room will be used by my brother Bo. And no one will be living in the living room. And I am basically looking for 2 females to move in to the Master bedroom with an ensuite.

Transport: Northern line train runs directly to Macquarie Uni (19mins), & Northshore line & Express train also runs to City. So, it will take about 35 mins from Hornsby to the city by the express train, & about 50 mins by all stop train.  

Summary of the room: Shared Master bedroom with ensuite & built-ins. 2 single beds, 2 desks & chairs, cupboards & bookshelfs (if needed). 3 others living in the other 2 rooms. A TV can be provided, if necessary.

I wasn't sure if this is the right place to post this, as the content of this pate is not "Fun". In fact, this has nothing to do with "Fun". But, I couldn't find any other place to post this within 3am website. So, please forgive me for posting a post that is not so appropriate for this category.

Basically, I was just wondering if anyone is available, able & willing to help me with moving, on  Thurs 11 (morning), Mon15 (whole), Thurs18(whole), Fri19 (morning), or Sun 21(whole day), of February, or any other dates in between. I am going to rent a truck on 1 of those dates, & the dates depend on who can help me on which date.

It is a recognised fact, by many, that I have way too many stuff & will need much help with moving. And I will try my best to pack as much as I can myself, but I will need help with moving & probably some packing.

Now, I've got a rental unit in Hornsby that I am moving into. I've been living in Hornsby, but moving to another unit in Hornsby. It's gonna be a real BIG move!!! I'm looking forward to living in the new place, but not looking forward to moving process, at all!
